GSTAPP.CA is a free, independent set of Canadian tax calculators. It started as a quick GST/HST calculator for each province and now covers sales tax, income tax and payroll, GST/HST for small businesses, the Groceries and Essentials Benefit, new home rebates and land transfer tax.
What we believe
- Answers first. Every page starts with the number or rule you came for, then explains it.
- Private by design. Calculators run in your browser. What you type isn’t sent to us.
- Sourced and dated. Every rate is checked against the Canada Revenue Agency or the province, and each page says when.
- Works anywhere. Built for phones first, fast on slow connections, and usable offline once loaded.
Keeping it accurate
Tax data was last checked on . Rates are reviewed whenever the CRA or a province announces a change, and each January when new income tax parameters take effect. Read how we calculate for formulas, assumptions and sources.
